When you request a quote, we ask for your name, email address and phone number, along with details about the trip you have in mind: type of trip, destinations, travel dates, trip length, number of travelers and children’s ages, budget, any special occasion, your message, and how you heard about us. If you contact us by email or phone, we keep the information you share.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to deliver the website and keep it secure.
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it does not collect payment card information.

- Service providers that help us run our business, such as our website host (Netlify), our email provider and the planning tools we use to manage client trips. They may use your information only to provide their services to us.
- Authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights, our clients or others.
5. Email offers, sweepstakes and Signature tools
Our Offers page links to tools provided by Signature Travel Network: the email sign-up form, sweepstakes entry, Offer ID search, digital magazines and cruise finder. These open on Signature’s websites. Information you enter there is collected by Signature Travel Network under its own privacy policy and shared with us as your travel advisor. You can unsubscribe from those emails at any time using the link in each message.
6. Services this website uses
To display this website, your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts, and some text and photos may be loaded from Google’s servers (Google Sheets and Google Drive), which we use to update the site. These requests share your IP address with Google, as with any website that uses these services, and Google’s privacy policy applies to that information.
7. Links to other websites
Our website links to sites we don’t control, such as Signature Travel Network, cruise lines and digital magazines. Their privacy practices are their own, so we encourage you to read their policies.
